Abdel Nour ((アラビア語: عبد النور )) is a male given name and, in modern usage, surname. The name is used by Muslims and also by Coptic Orthodox Christians of Egypt and Orthodox Christians in Lebanon. It is built from the Arabic words ''Abd'', ''al-'' and ''Nur'', and means "servant of the Light", ''An-Nūr'' being one of the names of God in the Qur'an, which give rise to the Muslim theophoric names. The letter ''a'' of the ''al-'' is unstressed, and can be transliterated by almost any vowel, often by ''e''. Because the letter ''n'' is a sun letter, the letter ''l'' of the ''al-'' is assimilated to it. Thus although the name is written in Arabic with letters corresponding to ''Abd al-Nur'', the usual pronunciation corresponds to ''Abd an-Noor''. Alternative transliterations include ''Abdennour'' and others, all subject to variable spacing and hyphenation. It may refer to: ==Males== *James Abdnor (1923 - 2012), American politician *Abdennour Abrous (born 1934), Algerian diplomat *Monir Fakhri Abdel Nour (born 1945), Egyptian politician *Mustafa Haji Abdinur (born 1981), Somali journalist *Jean Abdelnour (born 1983), Lebanese basketball player *Abdennour Cherif El Ouazzani (born 1986), Algerian footballer *Aymen Abdennour (born 1989), Tunisian footballer 抄文引用元・出典: フリー百科事典『 ウィキペディア(Wikipedia)』 ■ウィキペディアで「Abdel Nour」の詳細全文を読む スポンサード リンク
